- The role title, the job description, and what is not working. A thin brief is refunded rather than guessed at.
- A written diagnosis of the brief, plus a rewritten brief you can forward to the hiring manager.
- Within two working days of payment. Within two working days.
- A report that cannot be supported by the brief is held rather than completed from assumptions.
- Full refund if the brief is too thin to diagnose, or if the report does not arrive inside two working days.

How it is produced
The judgement layer is a practitioner-authored, rules-based framework informed by two decades across infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity. Your inputs are assessed against that framework. A model writes the prose inside strict rules; it does not decide the call.
If it is wrong
Email and say so. Wrong inputs you could not correct at the time get a corrected dossier at no cost. If a verdict cannot be honestly written for your situation, or the dossier does not arrive, you get a full refund, no argument. Disagreeing with the call is not a fault; the verdict is meant to be argued with.
Your data
Your answers and email are held to produce and re-deliver your dossier, and for nothing else. No accounts, no profiling, no selling on. Your report, your inputs and your access link are kept for 24 months from purchase so you can come back to them. After that they are deleted and the link stops working. Ask for deletion sooner and it goes at once.
What it will not do
It will not promise a salary, a timeline or a job. It will not hand you a course or a step-by-step roadmap. It is a point-in-time call on the route you described, and it is allowed to come back unwelcome.

Why is the Verdict £39?
Because that is what a personal judgment is worth when the alternative is spending months on the wrong cert, the wrong role, or the wrong target. It is priced for a single decision, not a subscription.
Do I need an account?
No. After checkout you get an email with a link that grants access on whichever device you open it on. No sign-up form before you pay.
What if I disagree with the verdict?
Good. The verdict is meant to be argued with, not obeyed. It names the tradeoffs and the decisive factors so you can push back from a sharper position than you started with. Disagreement isn't a fault, it's the product working.
